Refund Policy

At The Rally Ram, we strive to provide unforgettable and safe outdoor experiences. If for any reason you're unable to participate or need to cancel a service, this Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures.
1. Coaching Sessions (Group or Private)
Cancellations by the Customer:

More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).

Within 7 days of the session: 50% refund or rescheduling option (one-time reschedule only).

Within 48 hours of the session: No refund. Rescheduling not available unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency with proof).
Cancellations by The Rally Ram:

If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or instructor unavailability, you will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled session at no extra charge.
2. Equipment Rentals (e.g. GPS trackers, safety gear)
Cancellations:

More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund.

Within 48 hours of pickup: 50% refund.

No-shows or early returns: No refund.
Damaged or Lost Equipment:

You may be charged for the full replacement cost if equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear or is not returned at all.
3. Gift Vouchers and Packages

Gift vouchers and multi-session packages are non-refundable.

They may be transferred to another participant with written notice and approval from us.
4. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, booking reference, and the reason for the cancellation.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you arrive late and miss your session, this is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and gear fitting.
6. Bad Weather Policy
We ride in most weather conditions, but if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., lightning, high winds, or trail closures), the session will be postponed or cancelled. In this case, you may choose a reschedule or full refund.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The updated version will always be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
